Shipping Policy

Primera Technology calculates shipping charges based on the total weight of the order and the class of service you select. The actual shipping delivery options and charges are displayed when the order is presented for confirmation--you will be able to review the shipping charges before actually placing your order.
If you select a delivery service that is not available in your area, your shipment may be "downgraded" to the next closest available service. For example, FedEx doesn't delivery Overnight Priority shipments to some rural areas. If you select a service such as this, we will send your shipment through the next closest delivery service available. For further information about FedEx shipping policies, visit www.fedex.com. Please note: Saturday Delivery is not available.
Orders received after 12:00pm Central Standard Time will be processed on the following business day. Freight charges displayed here are only valid for orders submitted through this online store. Different freight charges may apply for orders submitted through phone or fax. Primera Store does not assume responsibility for delayed shipments due to inclement weather or for holiday schedule changes as noted by Federal Express.
Due to shipper restrictions we cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes, APOs, FPOs, U.S. Territories, or Internationally.
PLEASE NOTE: Fed Ex does not require a signature for residential deliveries. Primera is not responsible for packages left without a signature.
If your order exceeds $1000, additional processing time may be needed to confirm your credit card information.
Shipping Policy for Custom Printed Labels

Standard Custom Printed Label orders take 3-5 business days to complete. Your order will ship via your desired Fed Ex shipping method 3-5 days after completed order. If you select a rush order, your labels will ship out the next business day for a $50 fee.
Orders received after 12:00pm Central Standard Time will be processed on the following business day.
