Return Policy
Incorrect Products:
If you purchased directly from www.primerastore.com and believe you received the incorrect product, please call 1-800-797-2772, ext 243 to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Any product returned without a RMA number will be refused. Credit will be issued for unopened merchandise only. All returns must be processed within 30 days of the original order date. A 15% restocking fee may apply. Shipping charges will not be refunded.
Defective Products:
If you believe your Primera product or supplies are defective, please call our Technical Support Department at (763) 475-6669 or email support@primera.com. Claims for damages or shortages must be made within ten days of receipt of goods.
Custom Printed Labels:

Please note: We want you to be satisfied with your printed labels however, we cannot refund custom printed labels due to the following.
- Spelling, punctuation or grammatical errors.
- Inferior quality or low-resolution of uploaded images.
- Design errors made by the customer in the document creation process.
- Errors in user-selected options such as choice of label stock finish or quantity.
- Damage to the labels arising after delivery to the customer.
