What is a refurbished unit?
With the high volume of duplicators and printers we sell, we occasionally have units that we've demonstrated for clients, shown at trade shows, or that have been returned in exchange for another unit. Once they've been used, we can't sell them as a new product, hence the term "refurbished.”
Refurbished items have been Primera Certified and are guaranteed to work like new. When you purchase a refurbished product, you not only get tremendous savings, you also get peace of mind knowing that your refurbished product was personally inspected, tested, and retested by a certified technician. In fact, refurbished units receive a one year warranty on all parts and labor; just like any new Primera product.
